Solved my problem quickly. I don't know how to judge the price ($100/hr), but they have much-needed expertise, various tools, and a vehicle to get to different locations and those things cost money.

Came in to get a key copied, got a lecture about what they wouldn't do for me instead. Poor value, if extra charges are the first topic you're in bad shape

Location Moved! 1712 S. Jackson St. The old location is still listed here on Yelp. I drove up here from South Seattle, finally found a parking spot only to see that they have moved.

My 87 year old mother had some locks rekeyed by Bergman's (8 months ago) after a tenant moved out. We renovated that area but never got a new tenant so had no reason to open the door with the key...
