Prettttty sure ice cream sales are increasing during this time. While in Issaquah on a hot day, I of course needed ice cream. Therefore, I decided to check out Ben & Jerry's in the highlands....

This spot is cute, and has lots of seating, but the ice cream is subpar. The ice cream is overly sweet but it is pretty creamy. My go to is the cherry garcia, but the phish food is great as well....
