Bellevue Christian School Mack Elementary

Mack Elementary school, based in Woodinville, Wash., offers education to student in kindergarten through sixth-grade. Students in grades second through sixth attend computer class weekly where they learn a wide range of computer skills. It offers keyboarding skills, programming concepts, spreadsheets, computer ethics and etiquette and programs such as Internet Explorer, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Excel. All students in grades K-6 are scheduled for music lessons where they are taught music history, theory, music appreciation and listening skills and vocal skills. Beginning in the fifth-grade, students can also learn a band instrument, including brass, woodwinds and percussion. The enrichment program is a pullout-class designed to provide gifted and high-achieving students in second through sixth-grade with a variety of specialized programs, including basic enrichment units, math enrichment and independent learners. Mack Elementary s extracurricular activities include dramas, weekly chapels, local and regional speech meets, field trips, after school foreign language, science projects, track meet and outdoor education.
