When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Many classes to choose from. Nice space. Supportive community of mostly women. Classes start and end on time which I appreciate. Instructors and front desk staff are friendly and accommodating....

I tried this location when it opened, but it never grew on me with the community vibe the way the Capitol Hill location did. The check in area is really tight, and the clientele wasn't friendly at...
