I will never go to this bank again! The Clark was rude to us! We have been doing business with BofA for 40 years! Have never been treated so poorly!

Be open on Saturday when you need them and it would help everyone out .... If to do banking....you have to go to sliverdale to that and that bank is open only for 4 hours and it's takes a half...

Horrible customer service with that branch manager Alena. Refuse to go to that branch due to her. Just cause you have the manager title doesn't mean you need to be rude to people. Wasn't even me...
