Service really sucked today .they are usually very nice and helpfull. Made me get out of line and was told I wouldn't have to stand in li e again .now back in line.

Bad customer service also they tow my car away and this cost me $500 the manager at the bank is worse manager ever I'm closing all my accounts with them for ever !!!

I just open an account yesterday. No temporary ATM card & check book were issued. :/ Associate's Name: Vy Truong. She seems in a rush & not helpful at all.
