Went into the Bank to arrange a wire transfer. Had to wait over an hour. They told me I had to make an appointment to wire funds. Poor customer service.

Horrible service. Never have enough tellers. Usually just one maybe two when there's 20 or 30 people in line. Probably going to close all my accounts. Been banking with them since 1971. Yup 51 years.

Saturday morning and there are 3 tellers and 20 CUSTOMERS in line. So ridiculous that BOA have eliminated their drive thru but also can't even do pay checks in the ATM because it takes FOREVER...
