This spot saved me during COVID, serving great bubble tea and delicious banh mi. Favorite is lemongrass tofu but all of them that I've tried have been good. Prompt service and nice ambience!

Very small area that shares parking with Rainier Restaurant & BBQ that's nearby. There's hardly any seating inside so do takeout for your orders. Nothing to say on service since you only order up...
