Revew: Pho Phan - So good! The broth is rich, full-bodied, and very flavorful. I would deem this a perfect bowl of pho (had pho tai chin). The broth was also very clean. The meat was thin and fresh, and the veggies were very fresh. The noodles broke up easily and were of a nice consistency.

No thank you. The service is good, but the portions are small. The meat was not fresh. It's overpriced. Everyone in the place is complaining about their job. There are better options.
