History

Most massage therapists I've talked to over the years have either leaned more toward medical/therapeutic massage or toward purely relaxational/pampering massage. Even as a student I have felt that massage is more a blend of the two. How can a person keep from tensing up if they are not relaxed? You can't help but reduce tension and pain if you're getting someone to a relaxed state. The two go hand-in-hand. It is this unique ideal that has led me to open my own practice where I can address both sides of the same coin. I practice what I love, helping people feel better.
