Such a pitiful experience after such anticipation. Great memories of this old franchise, looked forward to that frosty cold mug of root-beer. Instead was told the mug freezer had broke awhile...

Love the food and the people I've had very nice interactions have had a couple missing items but always get replaced and most of the time get extra things

I am not sure why I continue to give this establishment more chances. I have not gotten a correct order in years. Tonight, we're missing a root beer float. Which is probably the smallest issue...

9:58 on a Saturday night. Hours say they are open until midnight. Lady at drive through says we closed at 9:45. Excuse me? What is that even about. No wonder they have the worst rating on Yelp.
