Gave a 4 because of the smell but staff deserve a 5. The admin kept me informed about financial, rehab, medical and out patient options. Mom showed both physical and mental improvements and staff...

literally the WORST PLACE to send a patient or a loved one! I am a healthcare worker at a hospital and I called to give report to a nurse before sending my patient to them, organized an ambulance...

DO NOT put anyone you love here! The website pictures are false...the courtyard doesn't look like that. Stinks of pee, every person was sitting in the hallway strapped to their wheelchair!...
