Outright robbery to send out a fax. Rates not posted upfront. First page rate outrageous per page rate outrageous Phone surcharge outrageous. $25.00 for 11 pages Refused a refund. Smug

I've shipped things here. I have mailed things here. USPS, FedEx, Printing service. Always been very nice and they know what they are doing. Plus there's a good convenient store next door.
