eSim BS. I go online, I call AT&T and everyone says: "go to a store to get a QRCODE - eSim. I've got more than half-a-dozen eSims from Red Pocket or T-mobile TruPhone or some foreign providers....

Went in to this store with a whole heap of things that needed to be fixed. Cole, the store manager, personally helped me and I ended up leaving with a lower bill and no problems. 10/10 recommend.

Beware of Authorized Retailers. Corporate AT&T will not honor their bogus and deceptive practices. I had proof of an offer I received and AT&T said they have a lot of problems with these stores...

It took about 15 minutes to process a simple transaction on a single item that wasn't even connected to an account. I would avoid this location unless you have nothing better to do with your time...
