Girl with the accent sucks and it rude. I asked for her to look up my order since it should've been here already and then she says it can only be done in the store and I ask why and she hangs up...

Worst ATT store ever. Never am greeted and always have to wait forever. Once I do get 'help' it always seems that something in our contract is messed up.
