Att is going down hill with their customer service. Employees seem like they hate working there and I don't blame them. What a disappointment. looking at new carriers and selling all my att stock.

Very poor customer service! 4 gals were standing at the counter and 3 of them were on the personal cell phone texting. We're very rude when was asking questions and seems like they didn't know...
