SpecialtiesI am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State, with about thirty years experience in the mental health field. I work with adults with PTSD, social anxiety and other anxiety problems, relationship problems and depression. I have evening and weekend appointments available. I offer an initial free half hour consultation, where you can get to know me and my approach better. I am an in-network provider with First Choice Health, LifeSynch and ComPsych. I am also an authorized Fee Service provider with the Puget Sound VA, so if you are a veteran with a mental health related service connection, the cost of your therapy may be covered through the Fee Services program. I am a certified provider with 'Tri West with partial coverage available. I quality as a non-network provider with a number of other insurance companies, where the cost of therapy may be partially covered. I base my approach on your needs; I often used Cognitive and Mindfulness approaches.
