Aurea Magbalot, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant and a UW Medicine teaching associate of Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. She specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. Aurea's clinical interests include knee, foot and ankle injuries. Aurea believes that excellent patient care begins with compassion, transparency, allowing patients plenty of time to ask questions, communicating in the patient’s learning style to ensure that information is understood and involving the patient in decision making. Her goal is to help patients safely return to the sports and activities they love.

Jennifer Stambaugh, MPAP, PA-C, is a board certified physician assistant. She is a UW teaching associate of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Stambaugh evaluates patients in clinic with hand, wrist and elbow dysfunction and injuries as well as assists in procedures and surgeries. She believes in providing compassionate, high quality care while building a partnership with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes. Stambaugh received her medical education at the University of Southern California. She furthered her training after graduation as a physician assistant surgical resident at Duke University. Her clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine, and preventative medicine.

Lily Johnson, PA-C is a physician assistant and teaching associate of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, with a practice focus in shoulder and elbow surgery. She believes the medical system should act as a team, striving to involve and educate the patient in every treatment process step. She prioritizes active listening and clear, direct communication in her care so that patients and their loved ones never leave with a question unanswered or concern unaddressed. She provides care for injuries and disorders of the upper extremity, including trauma and sports-related injuries.She works collaboratively with Dr. Schiffman to assist in arthroscopic and open treatment of all shoulder and elbow conditions, including arthritis, tendon disorders, joint instability, and fractures. She is passionate about partnering with patients throughout their treatment process, whether that is surgical or nonoperative.
