By the end of the second year Suzanne and Mary arranged to purchase the Property Management Division from their Broker. In May 1990 they opened their own real estate business, Around The Clock Property Management on the Kent East Hill.In 1993 realizing the need in the area for Homeowners and Condominium Association Management this service was added. Since that time the company has become one of the largest in South King County managing Associations.In 1996 real estate sales was added to become a full service Company. The name was changed to Around The Clock, Inc. and the Company relocated to the Kent Downtown business area.Suzanne and Mary joined the National Association of Residential Property Managers ( NARPM ) in 1994, and were the founding members of the King County Chapter in 1995. Suzanne was the first King County Chapter President and Mary held the position of Vice President. Currently Suzanne, Mary and James Tungsvik hold a Master Property Manager ( MPM ) designation through NARPM. In 2001 the company earned the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company ( CRMC ) designation.Over the years the Around The Clock team has grown from 5 to 15 people. Just as the size of the company has grown so has the commitment to old-fashioned excellence and customer service.
