If you are simple guy like me, you'll be content with this Shelton location. The gym is always clean and almost NEVER crowded, and parking is convenient. I don't get the "meat market" vibe here...

Been with this gym for about 3 years now and its a great gym. Good promo's when signing friends up. Clean and nice and cooled down. Great workout equipment. And lots of other convenient locations...
