First time trying out this place, only ordered a couple of drinks to try. They weren't as good as expected. And a bit pricey for 2 drinks relative to other Bubble Tea joints around the area....

Banh mi, spring rolls, and boba were all delicious and very reasonably priced. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood.
