My clinical focus stems from my experience in the newborn nursery caring for healthy and complex needs newborns. I also enjoy working with adolescents to provide guidance on mental health and weigh management in a sensitive and effective manner. It's important for me to care for and bond with my patients and their families while developing a long-term relationship and watching them grow. I believe medicine involves more than just the office visit. Patients have other interests or challenges in their lives that can affect their health. It's important to me to get to know my patients, answer questions and discuss the many choices for their care. I practiced as an RN for 28 years. I became a nurse practitioner to have closer relationships with my patients by caring for them as a primary care provider. My clinical interests include helping patients manage diabetes, heart disease and substance use disorders.

From communicating with loved ones to safely crossing the street, hearing is an important part of our lives. I aim to improve quality of life by diagnosing and treating hearing problems and supporting patients through open communication and education. My practice focuses on hearing loss, tinnitus, hearing aids, and vestibular evaluation.
