I started in banking in 1998 as a teller, moved into mortgage application processor, and became a Loan Officer in 2000. Learning the mortgage business from the ground up allows me to predict what questions underwriting will ask, what documents will be needed, and how my home buyers fit into the loan program guidelines assuring a smooth transaction.
