Anderson, Nashreen DO

Kristen started her career with extensive training in manual therapy. She has studied many different treatment techniques over the years and enjoys analyzing which method will be most effective for each patient. Kristen is BikeFit certified and helps patients who cycle find an ideal position to prevent repetitive injuries. She is also ASTYM certified.

Dr. Blessington sees adults of all ages. He has a special interest in using collaborative care to treat depression and help people better manage chronic diseases. With this approach, primary care and mental health provide integrated support that can include short-term counseling, medication, and education. Dr. Blessington is also interested in using harm-reduction strategies for opioid use disorder treatments and teaching medical residents.

Dr. Benson has been in practice since 2000. He treats a wide variety of concerns, including congenital deformities such as clubfoot, and pediatric issues such as toe walking, in-toeing, and flatfoot. He has a particular interest in caring for foot and ankle fractures, Achilles tendon injuries, and ankle arthritis. He has extensive experience in reconstructive surgery and bunion surgery.
