Costco sucks always have to return to get the aids to be adjusted. try Anacortes Hearing center, My first visit there to get my hearing aids cleaned they weren't working very well, and they fixed...

These people are great. Excellent testing and advice. Hearing aid service (adjusting, cleaning, testing) provided free over several years. Several friends share my opinion.
