If I could leave this company zero stars I would. The people answering the phone are kind and trying, but they are not in Washington state from what I can tell and they are not able to help....

If I could leave this company zero stars, I would, too. The customer service is terrible now. The people helping are not local and have no idea how to help. And the person actually lied to me....
