This will be he third time I've sent them an email about a broken machine in my building. If you want unhappy tenants and a lot of turn over you can go with this company, I guess.

UPDATE: 4 out of 5 washing machines (all of which have been "repaired" by them in the last 2 months) are now broken. Absolute garbage. We have 5 washing machines and 5 driers. 4 of them MINIMUM...
