Basically, there was a no-fault accident which totaled my car and they paid off the car company, however, they have not given me the difference which is like $8000 and it has been almost a month....

This guy would get no stars if possible very poor knowledge of what is going on with his customers reuse to speak with you after you get your policy to make any changes is impossible his office...
