History

My business opened its doors in June of 2018. After completing an extensive education revolving around massage therapy, including personal training, corrective exercise, sports performance enhancement, behavior change specialist, and BodyMind Bridge practitioner. I felt it was time to introduce myself as, possibly, the first Integrated Structural Therapist in Centralia/ Chehalis area. I am passionate about my profession and love to apply my craft to help anyone out of pain or recover from injuries sustained either through vehicle collisions, work incidents, sports activities, repetitive movements at work, or activities of daily living.

I can help relieve neck pain, TMJ disorders, shoulder injuries, low back pain, knee pain, hip pain, sports related injuries, mental and emotional pain. Whether sustained through motor vehicle collision (MVA PiP), in the gym, work injury (L&I), personal injury, while playing your favorite sports, from repetitive movement patterns at work, or activities of daily living.
