For the last 25 years, individuals have come to me for a full body approach through kindness and my empathetically relentless search for knowledge and understanding of movement to eliminate the fear of movement that can come from injury, stress, and the normal requirements of busy lifestyles. This is done in a safe and private environment through one on one care with the goal of client knowledge of what their individual body and mind need to achieve and harness their individual strengths.
