Spokane Teachers Credit Union, founded in 1934, has grown from an organization that started with a shoebox for cash deposits at into a employer of more than 300 people who serve the needs of thousands of members at nearly 10 branch locations throughout the Inland Northwest. It is one of the largest credit unions in the region and is a not-for-profit cooperative. Spokane Teachers Credit Union includes approximately 70,000 member and $837 million is assets.
