We adopt any essence of greatness without country border, but most importantly, our food is locally harvested most of it, fresh and creative to be transformed to our unique food culture we have, that means, beautiful to look at, brings great aroma and taste, simple and clean. Being a restaurant, we do our best so our guests feel food is "delicious". The kitchen is an engine of the restaurant, and, the front of the house is to support an engine as a body and four wheels. Teamwork makes it a smooth ride. Food tells you the plate is happy to be enjoyed by our guests. The happiness of the chefs goes to the happiness of servers and servers' hospitality goes to each table. Each team member is expected to "be yourself" and try to be a better person today than yesterday. Our place is our Dojo. We try to get the details of being professional but we do not lose the sense of vision like a big sky and borderless Ocean.
