History

Founded in 2002, 360modern is owned and operated by husband-wife team, Rick and Heidi Ward. Their family lives in a modern home they built in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood. Having lived for many years on Queen Anne, and now with two children attending Magnolia's Catharine Blaine School, and Ballard High School, the Wards are deeply entrenched in both communities. Prior to their time in these two neighborhoods, the couple lived in West Seattle, in a midcentury home they remodeled.

We find, showcase, and sell Modern homes. Period. We hand-curate Modern homes daily from the Multiple Listing Service, saving buyers time and effort while providing unparalleled exposure for Modern home sellers.
