Really nice coffee spot right by the water. Super modern feel from the inside to outside. Coffee was superb! I tried one of there seasonal promotions and I loved it. Tasted like s'mores!

A small cozy coffee place with very friendly staff. Only inconvenience is it is small and if you are looking to work, there isn't enough space.
