Yankee Candle

I went in there for labor day weekend and the ladies that were working were incredibly helpful. They were excited to show us new scents and help us. I really appreciated it.

A male employee told me I wasn't allowed to smell the candles in the store. I took my business to bath and body works where I was allowed to smell any candle I wanted.

Rude customer service manager, he was very condescending and lost 3 people who were going to spend money, they should rethink selling candles if you can't smell the ones you're going to buy.
