Good Japanese food and service is real good. Been going there for years. You can have them cook in front of you at the table or go into the dining room.

The service is good. The last time I went the food was great. I'm not too sure what they've done this time but the white sauce wasn't white and it didn't taste how it used to.

Good food, good service, insanely expensive... We have family in Martinsville, VA and always stop by Yamato... The food has always been good, the service respectable, and prices fair/reasonable....

I ordered 2 salads and all i got was lettuce! Over $7 for just lettuce!! When I call back to complain what I got was our order didn't come in and so that's why all I got was lettuce. Really!!!...
