Yamada BBQ is a Japanese restaurant founded by Mr. Hiroyuki Yamada in Japan. His son Koki Yamada inherited the sauce recipe and menu. Koki Yamada combined the sauce recipe and menu with the American lifestyle and founded the first restaurant in Lynchburg.
