History

We opened as one of the first schools to teach Gracie Jiu Jitsu on the east coast. Being trained by Rickson Gracie and Pedro Sauer in the art of Jiu Jitsu as well as training under Master Chai Sirisute for skills in Muay thai Kickboxing. Joe Gray wanted to open a school of his own so he could teach his community the practical method of self-defense known as Gracie Jiu Jitsu in combination with the striking techniques of Muay Thai Kickboxing.. Building confidence in adults and children alike we teach classes that are exciting and fun. We believe that everyone can discover something about themselves that they never knew before.
