The beer we offer is crafted with the same wholesome philosophy of being more than just a farm Brewery. The farm supplies the majority of ingredients, starting with the soft as silk spring water and grains. We stay true to the farm, true to being legitmately local, and true to bringing out the sense of place of place by crafting unique flavors and classic styles with our custom malt house and roasting operations. It has become trendy recently to refer to local as in that the purveyor is close by, but when we say it, you can probably point to the ingredient from your seat. We recommend that you make yourself at home, soak it all in, and enjoy your uniquely nourishing experience " From Dirt To Glass".
