The employees here are extremely rude and demanding. I had a drink in my hand when I walked in the store and the lady behind the front desk was very rude about me not being able to have it....

First thing we noticed was a sign saying no kids, no food, no drinks. Tried on some boots, was asked to please walk only on the carpet with the boots. Decided to wait and think about the boots...

The owner is nasty. She wouldnt allow me to exchange my boots because she said they were worn. They werent. The sticker was still on the sole. Meanwhile she had to take the one everyone used...
