Convenient park for some fishing or launching on a shallow part of the Potomac. However- it usually also advertises as having a walking trail. A few years ago, sure. It was actually taken care of...

Pretty, but very not much to do except one short walking path in a field. Ramp into the Potomac and a couple of signs to read about history, and that's about it.

There are very nice views of the Potomac River here, but there are no actual hiking trails. My husband and I brought the kids here to hike, and we saw a sign indicating there was a 1.1 mile loop....
