We own our place and have lived here for 2.5 years. Grounds are extremely well kept. Management is easily reached by email or phone. We've had no problems except the occasional teenage hooligans...

Property Manager doesn't respond to V/M nor e-mails in a timely Manner. She needs to do better since she works less than part time.

The residents seem nice as far as everyone that I have dealt with but the property manager is hardly accessible or responsive unless there is a need to contact you.

As far as the condo itself goes, I love it because I deal with my landlord directly and not with Westmaren. Beyond that, these people are awful. I had a note taped to my door about 4 hours prior...
