Tried to get a safe deposit box and open an account. Had appointment. Clueless staff. Non- communicative and had me wait 29 minutes while they figured out if they could open an account and help...

Appointment only due to Covid-19. Ushered into manager's office, there was a small, short, narrow plastic shield between the desk and the visitor chair, but other than that, open air all around....
