Established in 1961, the Bon Secours Memorial School of Nursing administers a diploma program that prepares students for licensure as registered nurses. The school provides clinical experiences for students in various areas of nursing. Its academic curriculum includes classes in biology, chemistry, mathematics, English, psychology, dietetics , philosophy and sociology . The Bon Secours Memorial School of Nursing also offers financial assistance to students in the form of scholarships and loans. The school is certified by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission and is approved by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
