In doing so, we strive to create customer relationships that last for years after one remodel is over. Our specialties include additions, kitchens, baths, decks, and complete home renovations. In addition, we are Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists. Our objective is to provide our customers with professional results on each job we perform, whether large or small. Our commitment is to provide our customers with the best service possible. For two decades Wel-Vant Construction has been serving the Tidewater area. Our staff brings to your remodel a century of combined experience in the construction industry and a history of serving our country and our community. In addition, we are Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists and Certified Graduate Remodelors through NAHB as well as, Green Certified remodelors. We are continually looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment from where our materials come from to our carbon neutral website hosting. Membership to several professional organizations including the Better Business Bureau ( BBB ), National Association of the Remodeling Industry ( NARI ), and Tidewater Builder's Association ( TBA ). Along with professional organizations we also support our community through charitable donations to Habitat for Humanity and the Police Benevolent Association to name a few. Insured through Builder's Insurance Association, Inc for Worker's Compensation and General Liability. Licensed for business in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth. Our loyalty to you doesn't end when your project does. We currently comply with the latest lead safety requirements. These requirements will be mandatory for all contractors starting in April 2010.
