Opening October 26th, 2023! Wave Wellness' mission is to provide modern and holistic solutions that support the physical, mental, and social well-being for our members through a range of innovative and evidence-based therapies, products, community events, and workshops. Our services include, infrared sauna, red light, + contrast therapy, as well as cold plunge tub experiences, and retail products such as skincare and hydration products, vitamins, and supplements to help individuals further their wellness goals. Our aim is to provide our members with the tools, resources, and community they need to achieve necessary wellness so they can experience better lives.
