47 minutes on hold trying to contact someone in the pharmacy concerning a prescription. Called back two more times and was disconnected within 2 minutes. This is very poor customer services....

This pharmacy is the worst in Augusta County. They can't fill a prescription in a timely manner. Even when they say it's ready, chances are It's not.
