Lovely wait for a flight here. James at the Dulles location was friendly and knowledgeable. As he had time he was great for interesting conversation. I enjoyed it very much!

We stopped in for pre-flight wine and snacks. Server was attentive. We all had the wine flight and shared the burrata and cheese plate. Both were excellent ! Nice ambiance in the terminal.
