This place is great. $14 for a haircut. The ladies are nice and not rude. They give you the hot towel treatment along with a head and neck massage.

Best haircut ever, seriously. Unfortunately you have to listen to partisan news the whole time which for me is a dealbreaker. Too bad they can't just put on HGTV or something less offensive.
