It has been operational for more than 12 years and offers a range of products that include cookies, croissants, Danish muffin batters and puff pastries. The company also produces a full line of European-inspired pastries, breads and desserts that are sold frozen and delivered to customers by a network of foodservice distributors. It also operates several restaurants that serve a range of sandwiches, soups and salads. Its restaurants have a staff of trained chefs that specializes in making various types of pastas, including roasted vegetable fettuccine and chicken Alfredo.
